What we collect

When you start a plan or leave your email, we store your email address, who the book is for (if you tell us), and the date. When you pay, Stripe gives us your name, email, billing details and the status of your subscription.

How we use it

We use this information to run your plan: sending the weekly questions, printing and shipping your book, billing reminders, and occasional updates about Parents Memory Book. We do not sell or share your information with anyone except the services that help us run the plan, such as Stripe for payments and our printer for shipping your book.

Your storyteller's stories

The stories, voice memos and photos your storyteller sends are used only to make your book. We share them only with our printer to produce it, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by replying to any email we send you, or by using the contact details on your Stripe receipt.
