The plan

A Parents Memory Book plan costs $99 per year for one storyteller. It includes one question a week by email for a year, typing up of voice memos they send, and one printed hardcover book, shipped to an address in the United States.

Automatic renewal

Your plan renews automatically every year at $99, charged to the card you used at checkout, until you cancel. We will email you before each renewal. Each renewal includes another year of questions and another hardcover book.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. To cancel online, go to parentsmemorybook.com/manage and sign in with the email you used at checkout. You can also reply to any email from us and we will cancel it for you within one business day. After you cancel, you will not be charged again. Your current year continues until its end date, and you still receive the book for any year you have paid for.

Refunds

If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, ask us and we will refund you in full. After that, payments for the current year are not refundable, but cancelling stops all future charges.

Your stories

The stories, voice memos and photos your storyteller sends belong to your family. We use them only to make and deliver your book, and we do not share them except with our printer to produce it. You confirm you have the right to use any photos you send.

Printing and shipping

Before printing, we send you a preview of the book to approve. Books usually ship within three weeks of approval. If a book arrives damaged or with a printing error, tell us within 30 days and we will reprint it at no cost.

Changes

If we change these terms or the price, we will email you at least 30 days before the change affects your next renewal.
